What are the minimum run requirements for customs?
We are committed to working with you on customs even if your yardage does not meet the minimum run requirement. Please use this chart as a general reference point. We have included overage tolerances as well.

Please note that any opportunity that involves design time or file manipulation will count as a “True” or other custom even if it is based off an existing pattern. Design fees may apply depending on the amount of manipulation required to reach the desired effect.

Custom Process and Timelines
Getting started with hand screen strike offs or CADs can take up to two weeks from date of confirmed submission requests. PDF manipulations of existing designs may be provided sooner! Once a strike off has been approved and a purchase order is received, lead times are generally four weeks. If a new print cylinder is needed, please add an additional two weeks.
